Q. When will my Capsiplex order be shipped?
A. All deliveries will be despatched after your payment has cleared. Deliveries within the UK usually take 3-5 working days. Europe will be 5-7 working days and The Rest of the World will be 5-7 working days.

Q. Do you have any stockists where I can buy Capsiplex ?
A. At the moment you can only buy Capsiplex online direct from us, however we expect to introduce stockists across the UK and Europe in the near future.
Q. I do not have a credit card, is there any other way I can pay?
A. Yes, we appreciate that not everyone has a credit card, please send a cheque payable to Advanced Health Ltd and post to 18-20 Payne Street, Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom, G4 0LF, remember to write your name and address on the back of the cheque. Once the cheque has cleared we will despatch your order.
Q. Is Capsiplex suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
A. Yes
Q. Does Capsiplex contain stimulants commonly contained in any other slimming aids?
A. No. Capsiplex is against any artificial ingredients and prides itself on being 100% natural.
Q. How often do I take Capsiplex?
A. You take Capsiplex once a day. We recommend that for best results you take Capsiplex in the morning 30-60 minutes before exercise with a glass of water.
Q. How many capsules are in one month’s supply?
A. There are 30 capsules, you should take one a day.
Q. How much weight will I lose?
A. That depends on your starting weight, if you have more than 14lbs to lose you can expect to lose up to 4lbs in the first week, reducing to 1-2lbs a week thereafter. But please be aware that you should combine any diet pills with a reduction in calories and an increase in exercise for maximum benefit.

A. We do not advise taking any supplements when breastfeeding, please talk to your GP.

A. You must consult your GP before taking any dietary supplements.
Q. Can children take Capsiplex?
A. Any weight problems with children and young people under 18 should be discussed with a medical expert.
Q. Will Capsiplex disturb my sleeping pattern?
A. No, Capsiplex contains only a very small amount of caffeine.
Q. Should I follow a strict calorie controlled diet?
A. There is no need to deprive yourself of anything as long as you are sensible and eat in moderation, the less food you consume the more weight you will lose. Capsiplex will increase your metabolism so any extra exercise you take will contribute to the weight loss benefits.
Q. Can I take Capsiplex if I am diabetic?
A. Yes. Capsiplex is safe for diabetics.
Q. Will Capsiplex interfere with the contraceptive pill?
A. No. Capsiplex will not interfere with any other medication.
Q. I have thyroid problems. Is Capsiplex safe if I am taking Thyroxin?
A. Yes, Capsiplex will not interfere with any thyroid medication.
